How do I personalize the book I want to order?
You can personalize the book, following several steps:
- Add the name of the recipient and select a character. Fill in the necessary information about them to make the book unique.
- Write a personal dedication to be printed on the front page. Don’t forget to add your name on the bottom. That message will make the book even more precious!
- Look at the book and check for any mistakes. If you want to change something, use the „EDIT“ button.
Can I view the book before placing my order?
Yes, use the „VIEW“ button. Click on the page to view the entire book. Be sure to check if you’ve correctly spelled the names and the text of the personal dedication.
How many pages does the book contain, what size is it, and does it have a hardcover or a softcover?
In the description of each book you will find information about the size, pages and the kind of cover cover, as well as what age it is suitable for.
How do I pay?
For orders sent to Bulgaria you can pay in 2 ways: via card payment or cash on delivery.
For orders outside Bulgaria, only card payment is possible.
For the security of debit/credit card payments we use STRIPE – Internet Payment Infrastructure.
How much does a book cost?
The price of the book is written in its description. After you’ve customized and viewed your book, continuing with your order, you can see the amount owed in your shopping cart.
I don’t receive an email confirming my order.
Please check your e-mail spam folder. If you don’t find it there, it’s very likely that you’ve made a mistake writing your email. Write to us, do not forget to describe from whom and for whom the order is, we will respond as soon as possible. It would be good to enter additional information – which is the ordered book, name and phone number of the recipient.
Can I edit the order after I have finished it?
After personalizing your book, you can look at it and thoroughly check for mistakes. Only after making sure that everything is exactly as you want it, you can send the order. Once the order is sent to us, there is no way to make changes, as we immediately start printing it.
How is the book packed?
Each book comes with a beautiful packaging which is free. We also add a greeting card. To ensure that you receive your shipment undamaged, we pack it well with hard cardboard before handing it over to the courier.
How long does it take to ship an order?
The book is made in 3 working days, then the shipment will travel to countries in Europe and USA up to 7 working days, to Canada up to 14 working days. For shipments to Bulgaria, the courier service is within 1 working day.
How much does the delivery cost?
For shipments within Bulgaria, delivery is free of charge – to a Speedy office or to an address. For shipments outside Bulgaria, the shipping costs depend on the area of the country to which the order is sent, and the price will be calculated after you specify the country where you want your books to be sent.
Can I place an order with multiple delivery addresses?
No, you cannot enter more than one shipping address in one order. If you want to order 2 books to two different addresses, you should make 2 orders.
Can I order several books in one order?
If you order several books (but not more than 8) to one address, then they can be in one order. However, since we are dependent on the terms of the courier company, it is possible to send books as more than one shipment.
Can I track my order?
For shipments to Bulgaria you will receive an SMS notification on the specified phone number. For shipments outside Bulgaria, you will be sent a number and a link to track the shipment.
What should I do if I receive a product with a mistake that is not my fault?
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at hi@1book4me.com, so we can find a solution as quickly as possible.
